The below mentioned terms & conditions (referred to as “Terms” hereinafter) are applicable to each and every services offered by Mitiz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to its users/clients. You are requested to read the Terms thoroughly and understand them clearly. Any purchase from Mitiz or use of our services denotes that you have thoroughly read and accepted our terms and conditions.

In the given Terms, mitiztechnologies.com will be referred to as “Website”, while the end user who is accessing our Website, as well as  the contents and services provided by us will be referred to as “User”. Any independent third party service provider is termed as “Service Providers”.  Mitiz Technologies and its affiliates are referred to as “us”, “we”, or “our”.

Use of services provided by Mitiz Technologies is offered to you conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. Mitiz Technologies (www.mitiztechnologies.com) at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept a user from registering on the Website without assigning any reason thereof.

Mitiz Technologies  reserves the right to add, delete or modify or change any portion of the Terms of Use at its sole discretion. It is the responsibility of the Users to keep themselves updated with any modification in the Terms of Use. If the User continues using, browsing, or accessing the Website, or subscribing to the services offered by Mitiz Technologies, it will denote that the User has accepted the changes to these Terms of Use.

 Mitiz Technologies grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited privilege to the User access and use the Website and its services.

New clients are required to deposit the amount charged by Mitiz before the start of the work. The fees for web hosting and any costs incurred by us on the behalf of customers are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
If the project gets cancelled in initial stages i.e. before the project commencement, 10% of the funds received will be levied as the cancellation charge. Bank charges and currency conversion fee will be borne completely by the client.

Project will be treated as cancelled if the client does not make due payment for 4 weeks and a re-initiation fee will be charged to the client if the development needs to be resumed.

We provide hosting of websites and we do not offer guarantee on the availability or interruption of the service provided.

We are not responsible for the losses (if any) incurred by the use of any apps or software created for the customer. While we take proper care to make sure that the products are perfect and problem free, the ultimate responsibilities lies with the customer and make sure that the software functions properly before using.

We are not liable for costs incurred or any compensation or any loss because of the work carried out on the behalf of the clients.

Although we try our best to ensure you that all the work done carried out by us are free of errors but we do not accept responsibility for any sort of loss that are incurred in any part of it.

Work done by Mitiz remains the copyright of Mitiz and cannot be resold or commercially reproduced without our permission.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions anytime without any prior information .So, you are requested to check our website regularly.

Mitiz has the sole right to change Terms & conditions temporarily or permanently with or without any notice.
